| duced a full serial equipments to lower manufacture costs, to increase additional value, | |

| peripheral, home appliances, electrical processor. Later on, for providing more coordina- | |

| Mainland China has gradually opened its market, Guang Perng has decide to head for the | |
| region to individually set up a subsidiary plant at Kwang Tung in 1997 and at Shang Hai in | |
